SAMMODE

SAMMODE

Created in 1927 in Châtillon-sur-Saône, by a Vosges family, Sammode is a family editing house, 100% French, specialized in industrial and architectural technical lighting.

Over the years, it has acquired an expertise in lighting solutions based on 2 strong values: durability and reliability. Mastering the production chain, from design to manufacturing in their Haute Saône workshop, Sammode is the perfect alliance between craftsmanship, industry and innovation while keeping in mind the aestheticism of its creations as well as respect for the environment.

This is how Sammode was legitimately chosen for major projects such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France in Paris, the Court of Justice of the European Communities in Luxembourg (signed Dominique Perrault), the Ray and Maria Stata Centre of the Massachussetts Institute of Technology of Frank Gehry in Cambridge (USA), the Cité de la voile Éric Tabarly in Lorient (France), the head office of Nestlé-France in Noisiel (France), Mama Shelter Hotel in Paris (Philippe Stack).

Today, on the strength of these years of experience in an industrial environment, Sammode has chosen to put this expertise to good use for the benefit of all and to offer a range of high quality products with timeless lines. Presented under the Sammode Studio label, these models have been redesigned for domestic use without forgetting sobriety, elegance, comfort and safety.

Some of them incorporate metal grilles or other metal mesh that accentuate their aesthetic uniqueness to make them references in the field.
