Le Gabier éclairé, is above all a family story between a father, an ironworker, who has shaped metal with passion all his life, and his son, who at each visit to his parents' home in Brittany leaves amazed by all his father's creations, as beautiful as they are original.
The idea of sharing this know-how, this love of the material and this taste for beautiful things was born... Le Gabier éclairé was born!

The name, Gabier, comes from this famous elite sailor flying between the bowsprit and foresail masts. Lulled from an early age by sailing in Breton waters, the creation of metal lights of the marine world was then obvious.
It is also obvious that these lights are completely manufactured and transformed in French workshops.
